I have a RS150B and no problem to view rosetube in my LG C2 4K TV using 1080P. But if I set 4K resolution in RS150B, there was no signal in my TV.

It sounds like you may need to change the cable. Sometimes it says that the cable supports 4K, but there are cables that do not support it.
Thx! Problem was with my HDMI switch. Direct cable connection works with no issue.
