No artwork on display on 150B

I have VU meters on unit display which I can set on my IOS app. However, for the life of me, I can’t set it to the display the album art. Occasionally, when I turn the unit on (from standby) it will display the artwork. Next time, it’s gone.

I didn’t understand your question exactly.

  1. You have an icon to set the Vu meter on the playback screen of your RS150b, but you don’t have that function on the RoseConnect app?
    In the RoseConnect app, you can’t set the Vu meter on the playback screen on both iOS and Android.

  2. Does that mean that your RS150b shows the album art on the playback screen, goes to standby mode, and then goes to the home screen when you turn it on again?
    If so, that’s normal.

  1. I can set the VU meters via the app. That works fine.
  2. The 150B shows NO album art at all. It worked only for one listening session by chance. I can get either the home page or the VU meters, only, on the display.

when I use the rose app on my android device (using roon for playback), there is a tab for “VU mode”. After choosing, there is an opyion at the top to “turn off vu mode”. Choosing this option returns my screen to the artwork/title page.

When I turned off the Vu meter in the RoseConnect Android app the same way as you, the Rose device is still on the original screen.
Please confirm a few things.

  1. Which version of the RoseConnect app are you using? Premium or Early Access

  2. Can you record a video of the symptoms you are experiencing and send it to the email below?

  1. I have no problem setting VU’s using app on IOS.

  2. I absolutely cannot bring up album playing artwork with app or on the device. Artwork came up randomly twice since I’ve had the device. I am using the newest app and latest version.

I have the same issue on my 150B. After a short time 150B is losing artwork on the screen and the started playlist is forgotten.

I seems to me, that
the problem started with my app-update 2 weeks ago.
