Please take a look at the post below:

As described in the post, there is an update file available for your RSA720.

If the issue continues after applying the update, please send the MAC address of your RSA720 to the email address below.

Based on that information, we can provide you with a customized module that includes the latest compatibility improvements.

Email: eunseong96@citech.kr

Lastly, could you please check whether your RD160 is recognized by the RS130 when it is connected directly to the RS130, without using the RSA720?

This information will help us better identify the cause of the issue.

Im not using a RSA720 im using the SFP kit from my rs130 direct to the rd160, I have it working now, but what a messing around, if I want to turn off bothe the rs130 and rd160 I have to turn off the rs130 first then the rd160 when turning both units back on its the rd160 first then the rs130, dont need to do that with USB

@Toonfan11

Could you please help us by answering a few questions?

  1. Could you please let us know the current software version of your RS130?
    RS130 → Settings → System Info → System Version Info

  2. Could you also let us know the firmware version of your RD160?

Based on the behavior you described, we will try to reproduce the same setup and perform the same tests on our side.

Thank you for your cooperation.

I have the same problem, the procedure is ok but is not the idea… everyday the same…

I’ve gone back to USB too much messing about if you forget and turn off the rs130 first

@Gardy @Toonfan11

This issue has already been forwarded to our software team.

We will check for any compatibility issues between the RS130 and RD160 when using an SFP direct connection. If we are able to reproduce the issue and identify the cause, we will let you know.

Thank you for your patience.

@Toonfan11 @Gardy
We have confirmed that even when turning on the RS130 first and then the RD160 after a full system power-off while connected via SFP, the connection switches back to SFP within the recognition time (under 10 seconds).

Please refer to the video below. If there is anything else you would like us to check further, please leave a comment and we will look into it.
