No email verification received

Hi everyone

I received my hifi rose re 130
I tried to register the app and after filling in required details a message said that. “. A verification email will be sent “. It has been 12 hours and no email has been sent

Is there another way to register the app online or is there a reason not receiving the verification

I received a verification email to register with this group

Room picks up re 130 without any issues

Hello

You can register as a member even if you do not receive a verification email.

You can sign up for membership in two ways. Check out the methods below.

Rose device–>Settings–>System settings–>User account–>Sign up–>Agree–>Enter your email, nickname, and password to create an account.

RoseConnect app–>Settings–>My page–>Sign up–>Please fill in the blanks and create an account.

If you still cannot sign up, please tell us the email address, nickname, and password you will use to sign up.
