Just created a hifi rose acount, for my Hifi Rose - RS250A, but when I try and log in on my iphone roseconnect app, I get a consistent ‘No members found’ message. What can I do?
N.B. Not a very good first experience with hifi rose.

- Please tell me the email account you used to create your Rose account.
- Is it correct that you performed Rose device–>Settings–>User account–>sign up?
- If you still cannot register as a member, please send your email address and nickname to the email address below.
