NO Rescan DATABASE via USB

Hello

Up until now, when I inserted a storage device into the USB port, a message appeared asking me to rescan the database so I could add music.

But suddenly, today, no message appears. It doesn’t read any storage devices in the USB port. I’ve tried formatting, changing devices, and initializing the database, but the Rose 520 has stopped reading devices in the USB ports.

Does this mean I can no longer store a database? I haven’t tried inserting an SSD because, for the moment, a device connected to the USB port was enough.

I look forward to hearing from you and would appreciate hearing from anyone else who has had this problem and what the solution is.

I would like to ask you to confirm a few things.

  1. When you connect a USB external hard drive to the RS520 rear, the external hard drive is not visible to the RS520?

  2. There are 3 USB ports on the RS520 rear. Are your external hard drives not recognized by any USB ports?

  3. If you connect your USB external hard drive to a PC other than the RS520, is it recognized?

  4. What is the format of your external hard drive?

1.- NO, not visible
2.- Not recognize any USB
3.- Yes, is recognized to a PC
4.- FAT32

But I finally solved it in the simplest, yet most effective way.
I turned off the device and unplugged it for 5 minutes. Afterward, it recognized it without any problems.
