No sound after stand by

Hi,

I use a RS130 together with a Holo Audio May KTE dac connected by usb and using Roon.
This always worked flawless until few weeks ago.
When the RS130 comes out of standby the dac is recognized but gives no sound.
Then I have to restart the RS130 using the app and after the restart everything works normal.
When i switch off the RS130 completely after music listening instead of set it in standby and switch it on again everything works fine also.
So there is just no sound after standby mode
Any ideas?? Already performed a factory reset and use latest official firmware
By the way, this only happens when I use Roon, when using the Rose app no problems

@Bitspeed

I will check this in the same environment and get back to you. We may need to check your device, so please provide your ROSE ID."

Device is Rose-65
But before you do investigate, I did re-install my Roon server and de issue seems to be resolved.
I will let you know in few days if it stays this way

@Bitspeed

The ROSE ID mentioned by @Rose_love is different.
Please follow the steps below to check your ROSE ID:
RS130 → Settings → System Info → ROSE ID

I’m glad to hear that the issue seems to be resolved for now.
If you have any other problems or questions in the future, please feel free to let us know.

@ROSEHAN I have this same problem with my RS130 as of a few weeks ago, will not play from Roon after waking the RS130 from standby. The RS130 requires a reboot before I can play from Roon.

@ROSEHAN Sorry but the problem is still here, and I see @Sirpopealot has same problem.
My ID is 0D2F65
Hope you can resolve this
@Sirpopealot , what kind of DAC you use?

I have the idea this issue is here after the last Roon update 2.58 from januari 27 but not 100% sure

It seems that a lot of Roon users have a problem with the current version 2.58.
There us s long thread about it in the Roon forum:
https://community.roonlabs.com/t/roon-ready-playback-failing-to-initialize-after-update-to-2-58-restart-potential-workaround-roon-investigating

I think it must been Roon because there was no Rose update in the meantime.
Think we have to wait for a reaction from Roon

@Bitspeed
If you would like to test the fix for the Roon playback issue before the official version is released, please send your Rose ID (Settings > System Info) to the email address below. We will then send you an email with instructions on how to update.

I have the RD160 DAC

Another point of interest regarding this playback anomaly… when I select a different output from the RS130 to the RD160 playback from Roon or JPlay again becomes impossible until the RS130 is rebooted. It’s the exact same behavior as attempting to play from Roon or JPlay when waking the RS130from Standby.

Same problem here with the same dac with sfp connection
