Can anyone offer help, Connected to Tidal no problem but when I pull up my playlist and click on a song album art comes on screen and space bar moves across screen but no sound. Then I will click on another song on playlist and it will play no problem. I have connected to tv through Hdmi port and have passthrough selected on Rose 201E to Yamaha receiver. When I go to rosetube all videos play flawlessly. I have also turned on cache to RoseDisk/Lost.Dir/TidalCash
