Hello, I am trying to get a Video on my TV. Rose RS250a connected with HDMI to my TV. Output Rose RS250a changed to HDMI. Starting Video on the Rose is ok and can be seen on the Rose Display. Changing input at the TV to HDMI 1 or 2 or 3 but no Video on The TV also no sound. TV is black. Tipping in the right corner of the Rose on the TV symbol does not work. Error: “You can not play this Video”. Trying other videos - the same problem. The same problems with Rosetube. What ist wrong?
Thank you
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
If you want to see the video on TV via HDMI when playing video on RS250a, you must not enable HDMI for output in In/Out Settings. Video output does not need to be set separately in In/Out settings.
Please check a few below.
-
If your TV doesn’t show anything, try the method below.
Rose device—>Settings-Display—>HDMI resolution—>select a lowest resolution.
If the video is displayed at the lowest resolution, gradually increase the resolution. -
When connecting the HDMI cable to the TV, check how many HDMI ports have been connected and change the external input of the TV.
-
Lastly, check if HDMI is properly connected to your RS250a.
Thank you
Thank you for the answer!
I tried all HDMI Inputs of the tv, no one did work.
I tried all Resolution, it does`t work.
The HDMI plug is not complete in the plug socket of the rose, but i can it get deeper.
Error message: „HDMI steht nicht zur Verfügung“.
Is there any other Chance to get a video to the tv?
Thank you!
I have a few questions for you.
-
What length of HDMI cable are you using?
Problems can occur if the cable length is too long. If you have a different HDMI cable, try using it. -
If you have a spare monitor other than RS250a and TV, try connecting RS250a and monitor with HDMI cable.
Thank you
Hello and thank you so much. HDMI was about 5m. The new HDMI is 2m and it works! I can see the video on my tv but there is no sound. When i change the output to HDMI i can also hear the sound of the music. Is it also possible without changing the output?
Thank you very much!
@Yogislot
Hello
When video is output through HDMI, no separate setting is required from In/Out settings.
In the connection state where you are listening to music or video, just connect the HDMI cable and enjoy the video.
Thank you
