No video playback on 150b

Hi,
When I go to play any video either Rose video, Tidal or iTunes, I get sound but only a static picture on the Samsung tv. There is also no video playing on the Rose 150b either so there is no ‘tv’ button as described in a previous post.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately this didn’t work for me.
In summary, when I play the video, i get sound on the tv but the picture remains a static icon. It also wont play on the Rose 150b at all as per the image below.
