I have a loaner 250e and now testing the Qobuz app integration. There is no way to get access to a paid account. Tried registering several different accounts and paying under different credit cards, Qobuz continues with “error processing payment” for the Premier Plan from a desktop computer. Rose device takes account info correctly but cannot play beyound 30 seconds.
Support ticket with Qobuz was opened 5 days ago to try and find out why, but no return answer after sending requested credit card info, etc.
Consequently, Rose restricts playback to 30 secs, not enough to hear/test the quality of signal and rest of interface.
