I have a Rose 150b hi-fi connected to a DAC playback design mps8 that when I change the song there is noise in the speakers, is there a setting in the play that can i do config the sound when the album ends or between tracks of the song, some other plays have this option
Please help us check the following:
-
You mentioned noise when changing tracks. Which audio source(s) are you using?
(e.g., TIDAL, Qobuz, local files on internal SSD/USB, etc.). Please describe in detail. -
How are you connecting the RS150B to your external DAC?
(e.g., USB, I2S, AES/EBU, Coaxial, Optical, HDMI ARC). -
In the RS150B Input/Output settings, if you set Resampling to a fixed sample rate, does the same noise occur?
-
On your RS150B, is Gapless playback set to On?
If so, please turn it Off and let us know if the behavior is the same. -
Finally, does the noise occur when you manually skip to another track during playback, or only when the player automatically advances to the next track?
1- the problem occurs on all types of media, whether qobuz or files on ssd
2- USb
3-yes
4-off
5-only automaticcally
Additionally, please check the following two points:
- Does the same issue occur even when the Gapless function is set to “On” on your Rose device?
- When the track moves from the current song to the next, does the issue occur when both tracks have the same sample rate, or only when they have different sample rates?
I didn’t find the gapless function in Rose, please show me the way because I already looked through the menu and didn’t find it, in the second question the noise presents the same frequency range, playing the same album
I was looking at the menu only on the tablet where it doesn’t show these options, then I looked in the Rose config, gapless is off
I put the fade in/out on and I’m going to follow along, in the first song it seems like there was no noise, at the moment I just changed the power, I’m using a Devialet, but I believe that the power has nothing to do with the noise. Thank you in advance
Yes, please check if the same symptom occurs even if you turn off the gapless function on your Rose device and let us know.
