Good evening!
I have a question maybe someone can field: I picked up a galaxy tab A and I thought it would be cool to use it for my RS250 but when I went to download rose connect onto it I got a message saying it was incompatable with that app. So my question is has anyone else run into this problem with a galaxy tablet?

Please answer the questions below.
- Are you sure you downloaded the RoseConnectPremium app on Galaxy Tab A?
- Is your RS250 connected to Wi-Fi or Ethernet?
- Are your RS250 and Galaxy Tab A connected to the same IP? To use the RoseConnectPremium app, RS250 and Galaxy Tab A must be connected to the same IP.
- RS250–>Settings–>System info–>IP address
galaxy tab A–>Settings–>Connections–>Wifi–>Click the gear icon to the right of the Wi-Fi connected to galaxy tab A–>view more–>IP address
Example) Correct
Rose device IP Address: 192.168.4.44
galaxy tab A IP Address: 192.168.4.33
Example) Wrong
Rose device IP Address: 192.168.4.44
galaxy tab A IP Address: 192.168.6.33
