Not able to login to my Rose account

After repairs to my Rose150 ( and reset to factory settings )
I’m not able tot login anymore.

I tried to make a new account but i got a message Duplicate check.

Before that, there are a few things to check.

  1. Have you signed up for a Rose account?
    Rose device–>Settings–>User Account–>Sign up
  2. You have signed up, but can’t log in?
    When registering as a member, you may enter the password only once, so you may have entered the wrong password when registering.
    RoseConnect app–>Settings–>My page–>Find ID/Password
  3. If the method above doesn’t work, please let me know the email address you used to sign up for Rose.
    We will send you a temporary password.

Please send your email address to eunseong96@citech.kr when registering for a membership or problem.

My is Rose is working again like a charm :slight_smile:

The problem is solved.
It was my own mistake. (forgot wich e-mail account to use and so on )
