Few weeks ago my display has been exchanged due to flickering
Now, after weeks with no problems, it started flickering again
I turned of power and after rebooting the display is normal again but now I get all kind of messages the system is unstable and needs a reboot
I did a reboot several times but this unresponsive behavior remains
Also out of the blue my remote is not working anymore although it is paired and displayed in gold text
Now I want to do a factory reset but when I press yes nothing happens
When I press no the factory reset screen disappears
But when pressing yes nothing happens
Is there another way to do the reset?
I think I will bring it back to my dealer and ask him to trade it in for another brand because I get really sick from these issues
I just want to listen to music!
Well… after pressing the yes button around 10 times it did start the factory reset
But after factory reset bt remote still not working and whole system very slow and not responsive
Now it says hifi rose’s rosequeue is not smooth, would you like to restart
After pressing yes it goes to android screen
Think in few minutes I will throw it out of the window
Will look at it again tomorrow and if I experience the same problems I will bring it back to my reseller Friday

This problem seems to be a problem with your Rose device system.
Please check a few things.
- Is the Bluetooth dongle connected to your Rose device? If it is connected, does the same problem occur even after removal?
- In the photo you sent, if you click on the “system” app, will it take you to the existing Rose home screen?
- Does the same symptom appear even if the Bluetooth function is turned off?
Well, at the moment it seems to work fine again.
I did experience all problems using Roon as a source
After rebooting my Roon core it’s working again without any delay.
So in fact I don’t know what did cause it exactly but I do suspect Roon
I didn’t use the Rose app to test, didn’t cross my mind at that moment
