Hello, there are not all mp3 in my app (PC and ipad). This problem exists about 2 weeks. A DB reading doesnt help. Affected is only 1 folder. At the Rose 250 it
s all complet.

- Are all sound sources displayed normally on the RS250 you are using?
- Is the RoseConnect app on your PC or iPad the latest version?
- Is there only one folder where the mp3 sound source is not visible on the PC or iPad?
- What is the name of the invisible folder?

i can´t see all mp3! But 2 weeks ago i could see all mp3.
- When you enter the media library on the Rose device, do not rescan the DB, but initialize the DB and then scan.
- If the above does not work, please factory reset RS250a.
RS250a–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset - Rose Connect PC 4.14.15 (Windows),
Please delete all Rose HiFi Conect Android 4.15.12.10 and reinstall it.

Library on Rose 250a initialized then scanned - no changes.
Rose rs250a reset - no changes.
App version on windows 10 PC is 4.17.03
On windows app and on ipad only one the same subdirectory is not complet!
Any ideas?

Where are your mp3 files stored? Is it stored on SSD, USB external hard drive, or NAS?

Even if you scan mp3 files in the RoseConnect Window or iPad, all mp3 files are not scanned. But do you see all mp3 files on your Rose device?
