Not many users?

Is it just me or are 2374 users not a lot for a company that sells products worldwide?

No wonder complaints are not listened to (if this is the case, I am reading this sometimes). To little people for a big riot :stuck_out_tongue:

Not all Owners do register to the forum. And how many devices really are on the market only Rose could answer.

I don’t think a lot of units have sold at all
When bought mine the sales guy said the community on here was busy and always adding new tweaks.

This is true. But internet is full of good Hifi Rose reviews (these could be bought of course) so I would think it would be a larger number

I am starting to get that feeling also. Reading a lot of the same sort of things

People who do not have issues generally do not come here, and there is a pretty large cohort of people who do not even have any Rose devices but come here to bitch about Rose not doing something or another quite the way they imagined.

I’ve mentioned this before, but the dealer where I bought my RS130 tells me that 90% of the people who’ve bought Rose devices from him use them with Roon and nothing else, in which case they work pretty well flawlessly so there’s no need for these people to frequent forums.

Makes perfect sense.

In the ideal world Rose’s own music manager would work (and not take days for a full scan), but if you do have Roon there is very little need to ever deal with either Rose Connect or with the built-in streaming or music management apps.

Incidentally, people having problems seem to have a large overlap with people trying to shove an I2S cable into HDMI input, expecting 32/384 support from a coax, or believing in magic fuses and sound-affecting cables.
