I am bored to repeat myself since now 2 months.
I had reset the unit more than 10 times, install and reinstall rosetube, android ea app and ipad ea app, i am on all latest firmware (ea) and app and still the same problems andcrashes still occur.
You can be sure i will NEVER recommend your products. At the price you sell your products it’s a big shame and desapointing.
We recently released an update to YouTube Live videos.
Please tell us the title of the live video that causes the app to crash when you play the YouTube live video.
We will make corrections after checking the live video.
Finally after a few months of problems playing live streams, youtube is working again with the new firmware
And again, Rosetube> subscription is broken. I only get a ‘loading’ wheel. But my personal profile will not load.
I mean menu:
Rosetube> YouTube > subscription
After YouTube nothing works. I tried logout and login but to no avail. My profile will not load.

I see it’s back to normal but it took a long time.
In the case of YouTube, the API changes frequently, so each time it changes, the API needs to be loaded and modified, so problems may occur when accessing YouTube from RoseTube.
However, we will try to take action as quickly as possible when problems occur.
Could this be automated?
RoseTubes checks if update is needed, informs user about it at shotdown and performs update while idle…
