Ok, so what are you doing where the Rose One app isn’t stable?
I mean I don’t use all of its functionality so I probably am missing some of the issues.
Heck I just verified that RoseTube doesn’t follow YT’s age restriction bypass even if you log into your YT account.
When I talk about stable I’m talking about the Rs130 that never stops during playback, but it’s with the old application. The news is not stable or ergonomic. What’s the point of using it?
I’m using the RS150B screen directly. I don’t feel like testing myself anymore.

This exposes a quirk or design philosophy that is different from what many of us expect.
The Rose is ‘music first’. We’re used to ‘control first’.
You start of the app, the unit goes on… now you see your music. But if you need to tell it to refresh the USB connection so your mac can see it… then use spotify… you don’t care about Rose Tube. Or music on the device.
But yeah, I get it.
Borrow a smartphone or tablet from someone for around $1,000. Mine works with the new app almost as well as the old one, but it’s ridiculous that people have to buy such expensive devices to control the new app. I just can’t understand it.

After one of the recent updates, I noticed a change in how the album cover art is displayed on the external TV via HDMI.
Previously, the HDMI display featured a beautiful, soft, blurred ambient background generated from the album artwork color palette. With the recent UI update, this blurred background disappeared on the TV output, leaving a flat/dark layout—even though the touchscreen on my RS150/RS151 unit still displays the nice blurred artwork background as before.
On a large TV screen, the ambient blurred background added a lot to the living room atmosphere. The new flat background looks quite cool and bare by comparison.
Could you please consider bringing back the option for the blurred album art background for the HDMI / TV screen output in an upcoming Rose OS update? Ideally as a toggleable setting in the HDMI Display menu.

I have a few questions:
- How old is your iPad?
- Don’t you have those three dots in the Apple app, and by pressing them, you can reduce the size of album images in your favorites? Because Android has that option.
- Do you experience any stuttering, slowdowns, or image tearing when using your tablet, for example, when browsing albums in the favorites folder on Tidal/Qoubuz, or when scrolling through the tracks on an album you’re currently listening to?

Does the disconnection issue only occur when using the iPad Air in your home environment?
Are other smartphones working fine?
How frequently does this disconnection happen?

The list of 11 songs cannot be visible and favorites are not visible
With Rose Connect:
The icons are correct, the 11 songs are visible on a single page and the favorites are marked
21 albums visible here with Rose One against 36 on Rose Connect.
Why show so big? Why favorites are not visible?
- You can change the album artwork size by going to Settings > App Settings > Full List Album Art Size.
- Regarding the favorite indicators, the design was updated to reduce loading overhead when Rose One retrieves large track lists all at once. You can now check and manage favorites by tapping the three-dot menu on the right side of each track.
