OTA Could Be No Found

Hello, for weeks my Rose RS130 has been showing me the message “OTA Could Not Be Found”.
All my streaming applications work perfectly.
The OTA address is correctly set with the address “ota.roseaudio.kr”.
My RS130 version is 5.6.02. Rose Store does not work on the RS130 screen, it says “waiting for a network connection” but all the features requiring network access work (Radio, Qobuz, etc.) I think I tried the “early access” version, is this the source of the problem? No way to downgrade, because I am always offered the update 5.6.02.

Please check a few things.

  1. Is your RS130 connected to a network via Wi-Fi or Ethernet?
    If so, please check if the IP address appears as follows.
    RS130–>Settings–>System info–>Ip address

  2. If you cannot access Rose Store from your RS130, it is because the network is not connected. If you cannot enter Rose Store even when Wi-Fi or Ethernet is connected, perform a factory reset as follows.
    RS130–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset

  3. Does the radio or rose tube work properly with your RS130?

I performed a factory reset with the official OS 4.6, I regained access to the Rose Store but I still get the message “OTA Could Not Be Found”. All streaming services work perfectly, even ROSE Tube. I am connected via ethernet. Same problem in DHCP and Fixed IP. I also tried configuring another DNS address, no change. No network connection problem therefore, given his findings. Paradoxically the RS130 tells me that I am normally connected to the Rose Server. No problem either with Rose Connect Premium PC and Android app. At this time, in France I still do not have access to the new version 4.7, but this is obviously normal since the RS130 cannot find the OTA server!

It seems that this symptom is occurring because the current version of your RS130 is 4.6, which is too old.

The new update 5.7 was proposed yesterday on my RS130 despite the error message from the OTA server regarding its availability. I ran it and the problem is solved thanks to it. Thanks for the support.
