I found that my RS250a still is on version 4.6.06. When I try to run the update I get the message that it’s got the latest version. When I turn it off and go to change device I get this (see picture). They’re both the same device. How is this possible?

I have deleted and reinstalled the app many times, but the problem still occurs.

This issue appears to be a temporary phenomenon. It has been confirmed that this symptom appears only on iOS apps, not Android. However, I was told by the software team that if you delete and reinstall the app or completely close and reopen the RoseConnect app, it will be fixed and appear.
There is no problem using the app in this part, but I think we need to figure out the problem a little more. When the app is connected to a Rose device, it seems to be displayed as the previous version.
Do you know when the update will be?
