Output power of RS201E

I found the output power is 100W, is it 100W x 2 or 50W x 2 if I connect RS201E with a pair of 4ohm speakers?

Maximum output power is declared at a load of eight ohms.
However, it varies according to speaker impedance. There is no clear rule of thumb, but usually, power goes up at half of the nominal impedance between 50 and 100 percent (so this can be anything between 100 and 200 watts at eight ohms). What this statement means is that a four-ohm load is expected to work without any problems.
Please, have in mind one important thing. By IEC definition, speaker impedance should not fall below 80 percent of declared impedance. Still, speaker makers are not strict about that, but, in theory, at least six-ohm speakers must not fall under 4.8 ohms or 8-ohm speakers under 5.4.

If I want to use audiolab 8300A as power amplifier, does 8300a have greater power output?

Audiolab 8300A is declared as 75W/ch while Rose 201e is 100W/ch.
However, it really depends on the speakers. I am using Tannoy Gold Reference Speakers, McIntosh C22 Anniversary edition, but I am using different outputs; from McIntosh 275 to 47 Labs. At the same time, I got Luxman SQ N-150 integrated and Unison Research Simply Italy (both are 10 or something W/ch) and all of them are working great.
I suggest trying. You can shut down the power amplifier in 201e and configure the analog output to fixed and set up output level in steps of 500 mV (or something like that). See what works better for you.
I had Audiolab for an audition in my system but it lasted for a week as it sounds dull and uninvolving in my setup.

Thanks for your advice! I’ve changed my mind and I’ll connect the pre out to the audiolab power amplifier 8300xp. If I use fixed output level, how can I adjust the volume?
