Output setting on Video file playback

Only PCM signal was detected during video file playback in my RS250. HDMI pass-through was already on, but no digital signal could be detected. Please help!

  1. How is your audio system organized?
  2. How do you hope to use?
  3. Please check … Video → Setting → VLC Player → ON

For 1, RS250 >HDMI>AV Amp.
2. Could not detecte digital
signal, thus, no surround
sound output.
3. VLC on and HDMI pass-
through on.

I’m a RS201E user, my experience setting HDMI passthrough on and VLC OFF then you can detect the signal. Hope this help you
