I got my new RS-520 today And I’m thrilled with the features so far and the ease of setup. I paired the remote control on Bluetooth, but only power on and off worked…never hot a ‘gold’ light.
So I then deleted the remote to try again, but the remote doesn’t show up any more when I hold the two buttons on the remote and search for it on the RS-520.
How can I resolve this please?

I didn’t understand your problem exactly.
The remote control and RS520 are paired and power on and off, but on the Bluetooth screen of RS520, Rose RCU does not change to gold in Paired devices?
However, if you are unable to search now, please try the following methods.
- Turn off and turn on the RS520
- Connect the dongle connected behind the RS520 to another USB terminal.
- Factory reset the RS520.
RS520–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset

Thank you. I powered off and on and attempted pairing again…first the system said “Unable to pair with RCU…”. So I just turned Bluetooth off and back on and then I succeeded in pairing my remote. Thanks for the quick reply. This RS-520 is awesome…
