Same problem with Qobuz Connect, with an even higher latency at track start, we literally lose 2 seconds of music. Incomprehensible that you are not able to generate digital silence in the situations described.

Another example of why the RS130 works well for roon, CDs, and RoseTube. Everything else is just not for me: Apple, Qobuz, etcā¦
The RS130ās effectiveness in these reading applications has nothing to do with it, since the readers are not developed by Citech (Roon, etc.).
In these cases, the RS130 is simply an āendpoint.ā
In other cases, itās the RS130ās internal player software thatās working, and thatās where it doesnāt work as it should.
I have the same phenomenon with the Rs130 and Dac Accuphase

We are continuing to investigate this issue, but in the case of Holo audio DAC, there is a phenomenon where a lock occurs every time the sample rate is changed.
Iāve said it many times before: forget about the Holo DAC, I sold it. And I didnāt have a problem with it since it was connected via USB to the RS130, and the problem doesnāt exist with the RS130ās USB output. Iāve repeated this at least a dozen times, and this is confirmed by many RS130 users. No problem with USB, but only with the AES/Coaxial/Optical outputs with the RS130ās internal player for Qobuz, Files Stored Internally, and Qobuz Connect. I havenāt tested Tidal or Apple because Iām not a customer of theirs.
No problem with RoseTube.
I confirm once again, the disconnection is only done on the Coaxial, Optical etc outputs not on the USB
The delay does not work on these outputs and no problem if I use Roon

I have checked your symptoms and forwarded them to the software team.
USB connection is fine, but some DACs have delays or early cuts when using AES/Coaxial/Optical output, and it is difficult to fix.
If adjusting the PCM delay time does not solve the problem, it seems difficult to fix the problem right away.
With Roon no cuts, only with the Hifirose app

I own the RS130 and the Holo May KTE and with usb no delay problem and with i2s and pll turned off also no problem
Only i2s and pll turned on gives the delay problem.
But this lock problem is inside the Holo May, nothing to do with the RS130
You have to read from the beginning and not just say that itās the Dacās fault because if you try with Roon there is no cut with any DAC as explained above
