Performance issues after 1 year

Hi All,

I’m looking to buy a RS150B to replace a Mytek Brooklyn Bridge DAC/PreAmp. I’ve had 2 failures so fair with the Mytek and its been agony to get them repaired - Luckily It had a 2 year warranty.

Has ANYONE has any major issue with their RS150B requiring repairs?
The unit costs $7300 in Australia with only 1 year warranty.

I really don’t want to buy sometime to cause more stress.

Hello,

1 year warranty is for customers in Korea.
Customers in other countries takes warranty up to 30 months after production.

5 years is very good :slight_smile:

Thank you for your report. I will correct the manual.
If your distributor doesn’t give you warranty after 12 months, show him this post. Or, give me the email address of the distributor.
Because the policy was changed in the middle, it can be hard to notice even for distributors.
