I formatted my 10 TB External Hardrive Fat and connected it to the usb3 input on my HiFi Rose, but I can’t get the files to play?

- I’m not sure what the usb3 port’ you meant to say, would you try to connect it to another USB port?
- RS150B > Music > Folder > Your SSD > Do you see any files?
The has 3 USB ports (1 C and 2B). I’ve tried all 3 ports. I am able to see the files, using the “Music” icon on the front panel, but the software is “wonky” at importing the files . I first used an External SSD Drive with one file. I formatted the SSD on my MacBook Pro using FAT. I was able to play the one file. But the software only wanted to play one file.Does anyone have a step by Step process ? Does anyone know whatApple formatting is best ?

- Good, exFAT and FAT32 both works in HIFIROSE.

You have a lot of files in SSD but only one file is available?
Is there any error message you see when you play other files? -
Would you check if you added only one song to your Queue?
If you touch a track, only the track will be added to your queue.
This is the queue button, so please touch it and check if how many songs are in your queue.
