Playlist issue-it gets deleted

If I add a Qobuz song to a “Music” playlist I created using internal hard drive, my playlist disappears altogether and I have to start over

I don’t have an answer for you, but it might help if you added some detail. Like what Hifi Rose device you are using, whether it is fully up to date and what mobile device you are doing it on. Is it a new problem, has it never worked etc. etc.

From what you have described, I cannot give you an exact answer.

I would like to ask you to confirm a few things.

  1. Does this mean that if you add Qobuz music to a playlist containing music stored on your external hard drive on your Rose device, the playlist will disappear?
  2. If you add other music sources such as Tidal, not Qobuz music, to a playlist containing music stored on your external hard drive on your Rose device, what happens to the playlist?
  3. If you select the RoseHome app on your Rose device, you can see My list on the Total Home screen.
    Did you add Qobuz music to a playlist in that path?
