Playlist problem RS150B

Hi,

My costumer seems to have a problem with the playlist playback which I cannot find to solve.

My costumer is solely using a NAS and a CD drive.

When albums are added to the playlist/lobby they play fine, but when the last song has ended it is not possible to play the first song again in the lobby via the hifi rose app. It also does not work when I press next track, it keeps being stuck on the last track.

On the RS150 touchscreen this problem is not there. Then when I press next track it goes to the first track again in the lobby.

  • is there a way to loop the playlist? so when the last song has ended it goes automatically to the first song again in the lobby?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused during use.

There are a few things to check.

  1. How does the costumer play tracks from the Playlist in the RoseConnect app?
    For example, pressing the yellow play button at the top of the album to play or pressing the 3 dots button at the top to play

  2. If the costumer play a track, NAS sound source, or CD sound source in the Playlist, the song goes to the Queue. W
    hen the last song in the queue is over, it does not automatically go to the first song.
    If you look at the picture below, The part marked in red should be as shown in the picture. If it is in light white, the last song ends and the first song does not play.

Hi,

Thanks for your response, this is quite clear. I have another question following up on this:

  • is it possible that the playlist recoqnizes the following: Starting from #1 in playlist and manually set song to i.e. #19. When #19 ends it switches back automatically to #2 in the playlist instead of going forward from #19 to #20.

I hope this makes sense.

There is no way to set it up the way you described.

If song 19 is over and you move on to song 2, press the button with three horizontal lines and a musical note on the far right of the picture above. That button is Queue, and the songs you play in the playlist are saved as Queue. The list of songs in the Queue is the order of song playback.
