Playlist problems

I must say the unit is beautiful butt the software cumbersome and frustrating.

  1. every time you open the app it takes all kinds of maneuvers to reconnect

  2. searching provides too much info. Basically it searches everything even if you are not subscribed to a service like Tidal

  3. the most perplexing is playlist creation. You hit the 3 dots>add to playlist > complete it says added to playlist but the song isn’t in the playlist. It would be nice to create a playlist like moving files around a folder and then copy into to file structure . No info found on file structure to hack organization and make the unit useable

I must complement HIFI Rose on communication and dedication to improve. The unit is stunning. File management and connectivity need improvement but, to their credit, no excuses, they agree and I’ll wager it will be addressed.
