Hi RS150B with all current updates to firmware. In Rose app on pad hooked up to Rose 150B, I open playlists under Qobuz, on pad, and most lists show contents. A few show as empty no contents. When I go to Qobuz website via my Windows desktop pc, no problem: I have contents in all my playlist folders! I go back to pad and same problem. Seems to me that problem is with Rose software as Qobuz website no problem. RS150B hooked up to PC router via ethernet, and pad using wifi to router to detect RS150B with no problem. From time-to-time, songs may reappear and then again disappear. All songs from server are “saved” in various playlist via “save with Qobuz/select playlist/complete.” I am at a loss to solve and need HELP. Yes, I’ve gone to “Home” and files are missing there as well
I have a few things to check to answer your question.
- When entering Playlist from iPad RoseConnect–> Qobuz–>My Qobuz–>Playlist
or Home–>My Playlist, are all contents not displayed? - If the corresponding list does not appear, please check if the list is displayed by checking the RS150B.
- Are there only specific playlists or random numbers?
- Is the place you are using far away from the router, or is there a wall or obstacle between the router and the iPad?
- Does the Qobuz App on the iPad display all content?

- no not all contents in all folder playlist…if contents shown, all are there. In some (not all) playlist folders show as “empty”…no contents
- Folder list shows in RS150B, but may be “empty”
- only specific playlists show as empty
- NO WiFi connectivity signal problems
- Not Ipad, Android Samsung tablet… can’t answer as Qobuz website not allowing me to download their app?..don’t know why
I did notice something weird, when I cancel an item in playlist ON MY PC AT QOBUZ SITE, the play list deletes that item on pc, but when I go to Rose app on tablet, the playlist folder is there, but now has gone completely “empty”

Hi Rosehan. I downloaded Roseconnect to my Android phone, used ID agram4@juno.com and it found me without PW, just asked what Rose device to connect to (which it did) and all files are there!. Now if I could just do same on tablet. Also trying to find a way to retrieve PW…have done research to “see” PW with no luck…any ideas/help to retrieve my PW?
Also looking for way to private message you. No directions on this forum and nothing in Google search. I got your email, but it’s from a “no reply” sender

If you want to connect to a Rose device through the RoseConnect app on your tablet, the Rose device and tablet must be connected to the same Wi-Fi.
Rose Device–>Settings–>System Info–>IP Address and Check if the IP address of the Tablet is the same.
*It does not matter if it is different after the 3rd point. -
If you forgot your rose account password, RoseConnect app–>Settings–>My page–>Find ID/PW will send a temporary password to your email.
If the above fails, we will ask the server team to forcefully send you a temporary password.

For now I haver a solution. I deleted Rose Connect app from tablet and reinstalled it from Google Playstore. All playlist files NOW have All songs in them, as same on Qobuz website. Problem may reoccur, but, for now, all is resolved
