Playlist syncing doesn’t work

Since the latest Rose update my playlists don’t sync anymore. Numerous factory resets and reinstalling apps for all kinds of other reasons, haven’t fixed this. Can you please help me fix this?

Hello HansRoggen,

We found error with Qobuz synchronizing and fixed the issue on our internal test version, but it’s not released yet.
Would you check the message I sent you?

Hi Roseloa,

Today I installed the new Rose OS where the playlist synchronization issue should be fixed. Sadly I haven’t been able to check it, because now I’m locked out of my Rose account. I get an error message when I try to login.
Can you please help me out.

I have already done a factory reset and reinstalled the Connect app.
