What is going on? Got same message this morning. Message claims I have a Rose 520 yet I have a 201. Is this a free upgrade?
Joking apart please sort this out.
I got the same message,I am in uk but it said my Rose 520 was registered for Korea only but I have Rose 250. The message seems to have disappeared for now.
Well, it went away. I sent an email to support with the product, the ID and another when I found the invoice for the shop it was bought in.
It might have gone away by itself (via Rose’s network, it could have been a bug or glitch or test) or it might have been from the support email.
I just listened to a record instead for an hour or so!

Just put unit in stand-by and restart - nothing more needed

These symptoms seem to have appeared temporarily while we were testing some parts yesterday.
If you reboot the Rose device, these symptoms will not appear.
