Maybe to Apple devices, from Apple Music you’d get 48/24. But they do not make it easy.
From a cursory glance, Plex itself does not include that functionality, it’s just a DLNA server (if you turn it on).
DLNA in general, being something very much developed by a committee, is as convoluted as it can be. There are Digital Media Servers (that’s what Plex can do), Digital Media Players (that would be something that actually lets you both browse/select what to play AND play it), Digital Media Renderers (they can only play something, if told so), and Digital Media Controllers (that would be the “something” that tells DMP to play).
As far as I could see, Rose is just a DMR. If you user an external app, like mConnect, or even Windows Media Player, you can tell Rose to play something from Plex’s DLNA server. But it does not seem to include the DMP functionality to browse server content. So mConnect or similar is probably your best bet, unless you decide to spring for Roon.
