Pre-out level switchin off

I set too high pre-out setting level for my amp and now I can not turn off pre-out setting level. I swittch to off and apply but it still remans on.

We do not have the same phenomenon as you.

  1. Please tell us the Rose device model name you are using.
  2. If you set the pre-out level to a different value than the current one and press the OFF button and apply, does it remain ON?
  3. Does the same phenomenon occur after factory resetting your Rose device?
    Rose device–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset

  3. I don’t know. After factory reset I don’t want to try again to avoid next factory reset

Please answer some additional questions.

  1. Are you changing the pre-out level setting through the Rose Connect app? Or are you changing it on the Rose device itself?

  2. Rose-65. Rose ID:0D1465 is not the Rose device model name. Please tell me your Rose device model name.
    Rose device–>Settings–>System info–>Model

  3. If this problem occurs on the Rose device, I recommend a factory reset.
