Problem can't play Rose tube only IOS

Hello. A few day I hear problem about can’t to play Rosetube from my friend 2-3 people. It’s have a msg “fail” / Couldn’t found url". And someone couldn’t found device. Try to factory reset many time it’s a same ploblem. But the problem all that happen with the IOS control device only. But I use Android control it’s no problem all. Plz tell us what happen now. How to fix?

Please confirm a few things.

  1. What is the model name of your Rose device?
  2. What software version is displayed on your Rose device?
    Rose device–>Settings–>System info–>System version info–>view details–>Rose OS
  3. Does the same symptom occur even if you delete and reinstall your RoseConnect app?
  4. If you play a RoseTube video on your Rose device without playing it on the RoseConnect app, does it play normally?
