Problem installing SW Ver4.15.12

I am having trouble updating my Rose RS250 with the latest update.
My current version is SW Ver 4.7.
when I press update it brings up the release (656mb) but doesn’t start to update and eventually times out.
If I then try to update the update button just hangs and doesn’t open the update.
I am now unable to use apps as they say the installed system version is too low and an update is required
any advice as to what I can do to resolve this thanks

Is the version information displayed as 4.15 (Official) in Rose device–>Settings–>System info–>System version information?
If you scroll down, please update to Use Early access version.

I have followed the path as advised and I see the following:-
System Info
Model RS250
IP Address 192.168.1.168
ROSE ID 0C86F7
System version 4.7 and a button to update and a button to view details
Underneath the Audio Firmware Version Information is XMOS 3147.
If I press the information button the following information is shown:-
Device Version 4.7
Rose OS 4.7.01
Rose Ware 4.6.06.1
Rose Service 4.6.06.1
If I press the update button the following information is shown:-
System Update
New system version available
Upgrades can Improve system performance
Would you like to upgrade?
Current system version: 4.7.01
New system version: 4.15.12
Size: 656MB
With buttons No and Yes
When I press Yes the following information is shown:-
System Update
System Updating
Remaining Time: 0s
A button Cancel Download
Audio Firmware Version Information XMOS 3147
Nothing appears to be happening progress bar remains blank and remaining time stays at 0s
After a time I get the following notification in a yellow button where the cancel down load was as follows:-
ERR_CONNECT_TIMEOUT
When I press this it takes me back to the Home Screen but the error message remains. The only way i can clear it is to REBOOT.
I have successfully downloaded the upgraded IOS App and relogged in successfully.
I logged off the machine and logged back in via the updates IOS App but exactly the same happens
Please advice what I can do to install the update.

Thank you for your assistance and providing the update file I have now managed to successfully update my RS250, I have also updated the Rose Connect App on my iPhone.

I have installed the applications I will be using from Rose Store.

I am struggling to get Apple Music to work although I am logged in on ROSE Connect App also I am experiencing some delays on the playback with RoseTube are these known issues?

What can I do to resolve them?

Please check a few things.

  1. When you go to RoseStore on your RS250, are all apps updated to the latest version?
  2. Is your network environment smooth?

Thank you for your prompt response.

I checked everything on my RS250 everything was installed and up to date I was connected via Ethernet so unplugged my router and after restart everything works fine.

I suspect my issues were caused by my ethernet connection including the initial time out when trying to upgrade.
