Problem playing album or Playlist with more than 20 tracks

I bought an expensive rs250a (2800 euro) and i have rose connect installed in 1 tablet and 1 Samsung phone (galaxy flip 4), on both when i want to play an album or Playlist with more than 20 songs rs-250a plays only the first 20 songs, sometimes it plays all songs but it’s rare.

How comes rs-250a can’t play a full album or Playlist with more than 20 tracks. This so annoying and dissapointed for such an expensive unit.

I got a nad m10 v2 with bluos and it correctly plays all the tracks of an album or Playlist.

Please help

You must scroll to the last song, upload the list and the software will search if there are more songs to add.

Ok thank you it’s working but what a strange way to play an album : instead of just click on play button now i have to do so many manipulations especially with huge Playlist). I really don’t like rose connect app

And scanning of music folder is so bad and long, especially after adding new tracks the scan takes more than 20 hours.

Rose Team is likely to develop new software in the last quarter of the year or at least a better version. One of the biggest problems to improve the current platform is that Rose devices work with Android 7, which has many limitations.

The problems you describe are continually discussed on this forum (new folder scanning, for example), but they cannot be resolved. I think they had to take a new approach and will make a major improvement in this area. It’s the brand’s Achilles heel!

None of these issues have anything to do with Android 7 “limitations.” For the purposes of audio playback on custom hardware, there currently aren’t any, really.
