Problem when trying to use YouTube

This morning I thought I would try to play YouTube via the Rose Tube page on my RS150A.
I attempted to log in with my YouTube email and password but got a screen saying ‘Function Not Available’ which I cannot now cancel. This means that not even Rose Tube videos are accessible.

My internet connection is good via the dongle as I am able to change the function to internet radio without issue±.

I would appreciate suggestions on how to clear this issue.

Me too. I posted about it and the support has not replied in a couple of days

Thanks for the info. Clearly a problem. I prefer to not do a reset at this point and will hang on for a few days while they investigate.

Btw, mine does work after getting rid of that message box. It has limited functionality but I can play my content from my account. Still a pain. Switch to Qobuz or similar then back to rosetube. Somehow you can get the box to go away. Still needs a fix but you can play YouTube

I managed to get rid of the unresponsive dialogue box by opening RoseTube from the 150B front panel rather from my iPad.
Returned to the YouTube tab and tried to relaunch it and all worked fine this time.
Not sure why it didn’t work first time but got there in the end.

Note to the HiFi Rose techs, no further action is needed, please close my ticket.
