Problem with my favorites RS150b

Hello, I am contacting you about a recurring problem with my RS150B player. I have actually added music tracks to my favorites file over time. When I launch this file from my favorites, my RS150B player, not finding certain tracks, freezes on it and stops playing the music. I cannot delete this file and I cannot find a solution. Can you help me please. Have a nice day

Please confirm a few things

  1. Are the files you saved in Favorites music sources stored on your USB external hard drive or SSD?
  2. Are the files you saved in Favorites music sources on music streaming apps such as Qobuz or Tidal that are not playing?
  3. Could you possibly record the symptoms in a video and send it to the email below?
