Problem with Tidal Connect through RW800 to RS151

I am trying to use Tidal Connect with a new RW800 connected to my RS151
Tidal stops playing an album or playlist after two or three tracks and will only move on if I manually press the forward arrow. If I just press play it repeats the track it is on. This then happens again as the playlist / album continues.

Spotify works fine and continues to play through several 10s of tracks.
Playing HiRes flac. through UPnP also works fine.
Playing Tidal directly through the RS151 works fine

The RW800 and RS151 are on the same network and connected individually on fixed IP addresses with Cat6 Ethernet.
I have tried two different iPads to control the RW800 both show the same behaviour.

Could you please check if the issue might be related to simultaneous playback across multiple devices?
If the same Tidal account is used to play music on another device while it is actively playing on the RW800, playback on the RW800 may automatically stop.
To test this, please try changing your Tidal account password and check if the same issue occurs when playing exclusively on a single RW800 unit.

Tried changing password, no difference unfortunately.

Additional information - If it is going to stop playing, it always stops in the last 10 seconds of the track.
