Problème avec Télécommande

Sur RS250A acheté en 2023, difficultés à passer en pause ou en lecture avec une vidéo dont le fichier est sur un disque SSD dans le compartiment sous le RS250A, alors que ça marche avec les commandes de l’écran tactile.
Cela semble avoir un lien avec l’utilisation ou non de la mise à jour de l’appli VLC
Pas de problème avec les mp3
Avez-vous ce problème et une solution ?

@ROSELOA Remote control: with the latest update, when you turn off the Rose 150b it no longer works when you turn it on. It also turns off Bluetooth on its own.

Originally, pressing the power button on the Bluetooth remote control does not turn off the Rose device, but puts it into standby mode. When the Rose device is completely turned off, you cannot turn it on using the remote control. However, in standby mode, you can turn it on with the remote control.

  1. Exactly what screen are you unable to turn on with the remote control?
  2. When the power is completely turned off and turned on, does Bluetooth change to OFF? Or has the pairing with the remote control been lost?

@ROSEHAN I mean what was said in standby mode. If I turn it off using the remote control it is no longer possible to turn it back on. Following this, I turn on the 150b with the command on the display and I realize that Bluetooth has deactivated itself.
PS. I have the black remote control not the last one.

I see this as one of three problems.

  1. Please factory reset RS150b and check if the same symptom appears.
    RS150b–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset

  2. Please replace the batteries in the remote control with new ones and check how they are.

  3. If you have tried both of the above and they still do not work, contact the distributor where you purchased the RS150b and request a new dongle and remote control.

The batteries are new, I will try the reset and let you know the outcome, otherwise I will contact the distributor. Thank you

@ROSEHAN Reset performed. Successful, the remote control works again.
PS. I must also say that the initialization of the db (necessary following the reset) was quite fast, it seems to have improved. Thanks again.
