Problems with log in 4 rose different

Hello, I am writing because a friend of mine bought three Rose Rs 250 and a Rose Rs 150, he is very well functionally and musically, however, not knowing that the app’s email password account is different from that of the Rose home sections, he is probably gone in confusion and can no longer log in. When creating a Rose account, you are required to enter the password only once, so if you enter the wrong password and create an account, this phenomenon sometimes occurs.

  1. Please send me a Rose ID / Rose device–>Settings–>System Info–>Rose ID
  2. Please send me an email, Password you used when creating your Rose account.

my friend is going to collect the Rose ID and in a couple of days i will send you an email with the Rose Id, email e password of his Rose account.
