Tried to stream some music today and the Qobuz app is not cooperating. It comes up and lets me browse through all the screens but will not let me select a track to play. It times out, then suggests that I move to the next track but doesn’t play that one either. I can use AirPlay to send Qobuz to the RS150B and that works so it must be a problem with the native Rose Qobuz app. Tried rebooting, but no change.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?
I use both Qubuz and Tidal without any problem.
Maybe it’s a hardware issue and you should send it in for repair
I’m rather hoping there is some other fix. Hate to send it off and be without it for who knows how long.
Hello,
Would you try this?
-
RS150B > RoseStore > Qobuz > Delete Data
If it doesn’t work, -
RS150B > Settings > SystemSettings > Factory Reset,
The “delete data” action worked and restored my Qobuz functionality. Thank you!!!
Is this still fixed? I have the exact same problem. Tidal always works. Qobuz not. Tried the “delete data” and factory reset. Sometimes it works for a few days and then stops again. I hope there is a more consistent fix.
Yes, no problems since.
Please reply to the questions below:
- Does all music from Qobuz has those kinds of problem?
If a specific song does not play, please tell me the name of the song and the name of the artist. - Does the problem appear when playing Qobuz from RoseConnect or PC?
Thank you
When I had this problem it effected all songs, not just specific ones. I was using Rose Connect when I noticed the problem. Tried using Qobuz from the RS 150 display and it did not work there either. After using the delete data function, it worked again and has continued to work since.
