Qobuz, cannot login

Hello,
Qobuz app on the Rs250 is prompting me to log in, and the screen were login credentials are input just shows the “thinking / trying” circle in motion in the middle before, during, and after I input my Qobuz email and password.

I’ve never had this issue before, but the unit has sat unused for several months.

I deleted the Qobuz app and reinstalled in twice — not change. It just sits there and spins. I also ensured I’m running the lasted versions/firmware… all updates performed.

My other apps, like Tidal, work fine.

Any recommendation?

It seems you cannot log in from the HiFi Rose device because the Qobuz app doesn’t support its browser. Please download the RoseConnect Premium (or RoseOne) app from the Play Store, and try logging into Qobuz through the smartphone app instead

Not sure I agree… I had been able to log into Qobuz through the rs250 directly for more than two years, and now I cannot.

I had the same problem on my 130. Could not log on through the device, spinning circle, multiple Captchas, etc. Worked when I used Rose Connect on iPad no problem. Give it a try. Use the Force.
