Qobuz Connect not connecting

I have an RS250 on v5.09.02 and I can see the Rose in Qobuz for connect but I cant actually connect to it. It just spins. I dont have the same problem with a WiiM pro plus, it connects right away and starts playing and I have tried using the qobuz app on multiple devices, the common problem device is the RS250. How can I resolve the issue?

If you are experiencing the error message ‘could not connect to media route’ when playing Qobuz, please check if the same symptom occurs even after setting it as follows.

Rose device–> Settings → Date and Time → Daylight saving time → Off
Finally, reboot your Rose device
