Qobuz doesn’t work

Anyone know why all sounds play by Qobuz became short form only less than 10 seconds then jump to the next sound all of sudden? I tried to look for setting, rebooted & closed/reopened the Qobuz app but still not working!!

It happened to me when my subscription ran out. Check if you have entered right username and password.

From the screenshot you sent, it looks like your Qobuz account has expired.

  1. Rose device–>Qobuz–>Gear icon at the bottom left (settings)–>Check whether your Qobuz account has expired.
    If your account has not expired, please re-login to your Qobuz account.

  2. If you install the Qobuz app on your phone and log in to your Qobuz account, will you be able to log in normally?
