Qobuz: Error message: 500 Error: authorise_error

Hello, I can’t log in to Qobuz in the Hifi-rose app since today. Error message: 500 Error: authorise_error, both on my iphone and on windows. It also doesn’t work on the device itself - rs 250A.

Same here. I can log into Qobuz.com, but not through the HiFi rose app

This doesn’t seem to be isolated to or a Rose issue. There are many reports of others not being able to authenticate. The web sign in works but many using the app can’t.

Same issue here. I am able to log in via browser. Possibly coincidentally I wasn’t able to log in here, and the password reset did not work using the email address, but when I tried user name it worked. Hilariously, it sent the reset to the email address it said they could not find. Sent them an email to alert on the issue, hopefully they can patch this error soon.

It’s a Qobuz issue. There are many posts about it on HiFi forums on today’s date

NEWS FLASH…the problem was with Qobuz NOT HifiRose. Got an email from Qoibuz stating THEY were hacked…since then problem was fixes

Dear HiFi Rose users

Recently, we were having login issues when updating the Qobuz app from the Play Store to the latest version. While Qobuz is updating the app to reflect a more secure login method, an error occurred during the authentication process, making it difficult to use Qobuz.

Normal login function has now been restored. If you tried to log in when the error occurred, you must log in again.
Please log out of your Qobuz account and log in again.

TEST YOUR SOFTWARE BEFORE LAUNCH !

If not … bluesound is working better and there is still the vinyl option.
