QoBuz Glitching

Hi All,

Playing Qobuz via Rose App the sound glitches. This also happens with Spotify.

Is this a known issue and is there a solution to it.

Hi, the Rose is connected via Ethernet cable

To give you an accurate answer, I have a few questions for you.

  1. If I play Rosetube, RoseRadio, or Tidal through the RoseConnect app, does the sound glitch?
  2. Does the same symptom appear even if you play the Qobuz sound source directly on your Rose device instead of playing the Qobuz sound source through the RoseConnect app?
  3. Is the symptom not resolved by turning the power off and on?
  4. Can you try factory resetting your rose device?
    Rose device–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset
