Qobuz problems and loading

Qobuz have been skipping on 150b after updating to the latest firmware. It is not due to internet as I have 2gb internet in HK. I have been using Qobuz for more than a year with no problem

Please check a few things.

  1. When you play Qobuz music, does it keep skipping to the next song no matter which sound source you select?
  2. Does a pop-up message appear on RS150b when selecting a sound source?
    If so, please let me know what message appears.
  3. When playing Qobuz music, do you experience skipping in the RS150b or RoseConnect app?
  4. Do you still see the same symptoms even if you uninstall and reinstall RS150b–>RoseStore–>Qobuz?
  5. Does the same symptom appear even if you log out and log back in to your Qobuz account in your RoseConnect app?
